Mito focused on standard Flamenco styles for this CD. He combines his varied musical influences creating a uniquely interesting artistic culmination for this CD. He does not veer too far from his adored Flamenco performing solo guitar compositions like, Doña Patricia and Por la puerta.
- Old World Classical Guitar
Mito wanted to dedicate at least one CD to what he refers to as the extreme challange of classical guitar, that is, these pieces performed in tempo. It is evident in this grouping of music that he has brought the challenge home. Mito had carefully selected these pieces to epitomize the complexity of hand movement from “first position” to “fifth position” as well as individual finger position.
